Delivery and Returns
In addition to the below which is our year round policy please note that during the festive period deliveries can take longer.
We are happy to extend our returns policy on anything purchased after 15th November. Returns for exchanges and refunds will be accepted up to and including the 15th January. We want you to shop confidently with us and want your gifts to be just right for their new owners!
All items that are held in stock are posted out to you within 5 working days via Royal Mail business tracked mail. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it has been despatched.
If your order is an item that is made to order, this is clearly stated on the description then your order can take up to 10 working days to be despatched. You will receive an email with tracking information on as soon as it is on its way to you.
We are currently not posting internationally due to huge delays and huge taxes and import duties. We hope this can change soon.
We hope you love your garment as much as we do, however should you need to return it we offer a no quibbles refund or exchange policy on items in the same condition as which you received them.
Please return to the address on your packing slip within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please state whether you would like a refund or exchange.
All return postage is to be paid by the customer.
